Am I suspended?
 

OK, I may have blown it. I have an account created a year or so ago with 15 feedback 14 positive and 1 negative- it is a friend's account that I am borrowing until my new account passes 30 days and 10 feedbacks. I have been logging in at IPs not associated with my suspended account until today. The email in Ebay is the same as the Paypal email. I stupidly logged into the paypal account from an IP associated with my suspended account - at my home. God, I hope I didn't blow it.

Should I do anything preventative (e.g. email security to ask if it is ok to login to unsecured ip addresses - which mine at home is and the others I log into safely (one at a mall and the other at a library or change my email address on ebay and paypal)?

BTW the ebay and paypal email, address, credit card are all new - not at all linked with a suspended account - the only thing that worries me is the ip addrees link.

i did not

select to link my eBay and Paypal accounts via 'eBay Seller Account'

i just added the email to the old ebay account and then created an account via paypal

when buyers pay they send the money to the paypal account
i have to accept paypal in order to list

is there anyway around that?

Any ip association will get you banned.
Its always best you take all the advice on these forums to create complete separation from your regular web browsing and an eBay account.

I logged into paypal account only not into ebay.

both ebay and paypal accounts are new and in no way associated with suspended accounts

except using an ip address that is dynamic but hasnt changed for logging into my paypal account once.

If your Paypal account isn't linked to your eBay account, you should be okay.

And ebay says "Adios amigo/amiga"
