can I use my real name and address for the new credit card I got to add in paypal ?

Can anyone give me any suggestions about this? I just created a new ebay account with a new P.O. box address and new name. and I use the same new email address and P.O box address I used to create the new ebay acct with my paypal acct.

now I am trying to add credit card into my paypal can I use my real name and billing address? also when I am trying to pay my seller account listing fee, can I pay with credit card? because I was scared to use my credit card that has my real name and billing address that ebay has already put on black list. so what's the safest way to pay for seller acct list fees and when I want to buy something on ebay, what's the safest way to pay? I tried to pay with paypal when I buy stuff but I am afraid since paypal and ebay are the same company they will find out.

please help.

from what i have understood, paypal may be able to check your address registered on your credit card to match with the address used on paypal, but cannot with name, and with your bank account cannot check your name/ address.
Please make sure, you are not using any old details, with regards to payments im sorry i have not crossed that bridge yet, but i read on another thread paypal can see details on a bank transfer or upload of cash by viewing a receipt.

Use a VCC. Search the forums to find out more about them, their are also sellers selling them :D
