Suspended & trying to reg new acct, CC question
 

I have been looking and looking for an exact answer to this question but with no luck, I am a little confused and I just want to make sure 100% before I mess up my first account I am trying to make. It seems most of the info on here is regarding paypal CC verification, and not making an ebay acct.

Suspended on Monday and attempting to create new EBAY account (havent started on Paypal yet) - ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name, friends legit address, created a new Wamu acnt in my own name and real address (I know you HAVE to). Changed my IP, new email, etc.

I am now at the screen for the ebay registration that asks for a credit or debit card to confirm your identity. It says "Please check that the name and address below matches the information on file with your credit card company." and then shows the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and real friends address.

My question is this.. can I use say.. my mothers CC information that obviously wont match new information I have entered? Or do I need to go and get a Simon card or something like it and register it with the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name/friends addy for it to work? I would like to avoid doing this if they wont verify the name address of the CC/DC I enter upon Ebay username registration.

Please go to your "User CP" and add your country location to your profile.
Information does vary from country to country....

This is for a US based account.
Your credit card information MUST match the information (name,address, city , state, zip) that you entered on eBay &
must match the information you have entered into Paypal.
Both your eBay & Paypal account SHOULD have the same information (name,address, city , state, zip).
That will make things MUCH easier for your future.

Just remember that the credit card USER information must match the information that you inputted for each eBay/Paypal account.
Then have the cards sent to you home (BILLING) address.

I use paypal and the phone calls to verify my ebay accounts and have ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info in my paypal. As far as I know, in my experience your credit card does not have to match the address that is in your paypal. This has been working for me for about a month now.. To actually answer your question about using it on ebay not sure never tried it.

All I know is that if your Credit Card information matches your Paypal information that matches your eBay information, your life works MUCH easier.
