Fast question

I have windows 7 in my pc, with 2 accounts.
If with a windows account i use an ebay account with an ip, and on the other windows account i have another ebay account using another ip. Ebay will never link these accounts?

Never is a strong word.. there are other factors at play than just an IP Address or user accounts.

I already bought the ebay stealth guide but after i formatted the hd of my pc it not work anymore my key...
I tried to restore it to answer my question myself.

One of the steps of stealth is to use different IPs for different accounts OP so that's good
