Hi there i hope you can help me , today when i log into my ebay account the account was suspended without any good reasson the email they send me was the following :

Hello XXXXX,
After reviewing your eBay account, recent activity has raised serious security concerns. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Your eBay account has been suspended indefinitely.
- Item listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available further down in this email.

You won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account. Any outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.

We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay community.

We appreciate your understanding.

I had this account for moths and i´m only a buyer user i don´t have any stuff to sell so what i was doing wrong ??

Call them and ask the reason to suspend a buyer account.

Do you know how to contact them ? the only option i found was by email and i already send them one.

Absolutely, call them and if you get a "foreign" rep, hang up and call back until you get someone in the states....seriously.

Log into your eBay account and select "Contact eBay", they will give you all the options. "Contact eBay", should be on top of the page.

Sounds like you have been linked.. Did you use a banned address when you were buying things ??

You should email eBay trust and safety rather than calling them.

@OP, you might have been linked...or you might have up to no good as a buyer in eB's eyes (I'm just saying - not judging).

Either way, e-mail eB. You are not selling? This forum is kind of geared more towards sellers than buyers (also just clarifying)
