Could you be linked for trying to sell an item that was previously listed?
 

Could your new stealth account be linked to the banned account by trying to sell an item that was previously listed on the banned account?

I guess anything is possible. But I find it hard to believe that you would get banned for selling the same item that was sold on a banned account.

You can probably count on getting the account restricted or suspended if it was the item that got your there in the first place. But I do not see how they could make a link like that. Just my opinion.

It is hit and miss, my cousin and I were selling the same items. He hard MC999 for listing VeRO and my account was not touched.

yes i think so if you have all the same listing info title and so-forth also if you use the same picture . pictures have info on them. to fix the picture problem just open your picture up and do a print-screen then put in paint or adobe and save it. hope this helps.

Absolutely.

We strongly recommend that users be new when they make stealth accounts.

That includes making sure the items are presented differently to ebay.

New photos, new wording. There are certain steps to take to 'clear' up your images too.

Make sure you take different looking pictures and remove the exif data from all images before listing them.

@OP, were you banned for selling that item? Could cause same issues on new account too for your information
