Will my Paypal account get suspended too?

Ok, so I had my ebay account of 8 yrs suspended back in Feb. for SNP. I want to make a new account but only have ONE paypal account. If I add a new email to that account to use will it be linked AND if my new ebay account happens to get suspended will they also limit access to my paypal account. So is my paypal account in jeporady too?

The days of just adding a new email address to Paypal and continuing to sell on eBay are over.
