I was reinstated this morning
This is part of the letter I received.
Dear XXXXXXXX,
We appreciate the information you have submitted, and have reviewed the details of this suspension. After further review, it has been decided that your account qualifies for reinstatement. Please note that, although your account is now active, any listings or bids that were cancelled by your account suspension will not be reinstated......
I was suspended on the 4th for Vero. I faxed all the papers the same day. I did email trust and safety the first couple days and was told to wait 5 to 10 business days and if I heard nothing them write them back. Friday the 17th was 10 business days. I was very patient and did not make any contact within that time. I sent an email on the 18th kindly asking for an update and received this email this morning the 19th. Within this time I have had a website created for me as a back up should this ever happen again. There is hope out there, just be very patient. |
