Looks like they want documents and receipts. You can either get creative and produce the documents that way or make some new accounts. Honestly I would just move on, less of a headache.
The real issue is why did you get this notice? What triggered it? What of your habits/practices made them flag you?
Once you figure that out you will become a much better stealther.

to been to create an account sthealth ... everything was fine .. until I put first international article .. when I got the suspension ..

THe problem is usually not the issue of just drop shipping.

It could be either your buyers complain about product quality / shipping time.

If you can write in details how you create your account and how you operate them, we'd have a much better view of what the problem could be

I created the account a week ago, no problem either ebay or paypal ...

just put the first item for sale in my country .. no problem

Today I put the second article, but I have put the international sale .. 2 hours suspended ..

MC124 what the problem is? someone happened to him?

Can you provide step by step details as to how your created the accounts? We can help you better that way. Also, what category are you selling in?

1. register ebay, new name and address...
2. open GMAIL account
3. so on and so on

Accounts usually need to be 90 days old or have feedback of 10 or more.

my category is t-shirts but no VERO.. yesterday open other account ebay and paypal.. you think wait 15 days it´s OK?

i used dropshipping this other different country..

Dropshipping is always dangerous especially with international...make sure your customers KNOW....
