MC011 Suspension For
 

I need professional help!

eB account since 2/14. Almost 100 fb. 100% positive. Limits up to 300 items or $15K (All numbers in this thread are approximate).

I recently lost my stealth eb account with no violations whatsoever. They call it a "temporary suspension". eB trust and safety called me directly. And I really thought it was a wrong number so I answered the phone. Anyways, after a 5 minute discussion in which the rep seemed to have already made their mind up before even calling me due to their condescending tone in their voice, the rep told me because I sold some low dollar items ($1-2) as well as high dollar items ($15-20), I would be suspended. At first the rep claimed that I was using the $1 items for fb manipulation. I explained I wasn't doing that however the $low dollar people seem to leave more feedback than anyone else. The rep apologized for that and said well that happens. Then the rep told me that its a risk for them to have me sell high dollar items and low dollar items because I may be selling stolen used generic parts or something since most of my fb is for low dollar items. The rep said they would have to suspend my account until I could provide invoices. I told the rep I may not have invoices for items around the house that I have listed online. In a nutshell, I now have to provide invoices for everything that I have listed online for sale - roughly a couple hundred items.

My questions are:
1. Should I fight this or should I just start over.
2. Once I provide invoices, the only thing they have asked for at this time, how do I get around the inevitable picture ID?
3. Is there anyone out here who has a stealth and has successfully won against T&S which resulted in their account being restored?

Also, I have a few other accounts but none of them have any limits. Last week I lost a 100/$10K stealth account for VERO (helping out a friend in need not thinking of VERO consequences) that they want receipts for. We provided the invoices from the wholesaler - however now they want high resolution DL front and back. That account had 0 cases, 100% positive, and day before just received 300 / $30K increase. Big bummer.

Now I'm down 0 for 2 and need help to either get either of these accounts back or start over yet again ugh.

wow what a big headache!!

First of all how do you log into these accounts? Same IP address/internet connection and same windows user account?
Are the details on each account different?

Are the invoices required from the first account you mentioned, easy to obtain from a store? or are they like 10 year old antiques?

Ahh good old ebay...

You're right it is a big headache. I'm concerned with possible restoration of this account way before even tackling the other.

1. I log into each account under a different user account on the PC along with its separate IP address program totally and uniquely different. I also verify IP prior to logging into eBay.

2. These items come out of used equipment and is basically sold as parts. I did buy the bulk of it from a major online surplus liquidator under my non stealth name. The rest of it is just unsold inventoryfrom my business or simply just been sitting around the home/office, equipment trade ins, etc. (ie: junk we determined more valuable online than the trash)

Start new. Thats a story 90% of people went through. Spread sales as much as possible in many accounts as you can. Sucks but we got no other options I guess.

That's the way they want you to feel ;) because they are a parasitic organism. they make you feel that you are special to them because you "helping them" with there usury fee's, and what do they do? Hit you back and make your life like hell, this is what parasites do.
