Actually, that's any major company for you. It's sad sometimes how hard it is to get a real response from a real person!

I love the part of "Bill has requested that I respond on his behalf". Sure! lol.

Im sure Bill has no idea you even sent an email. He probably doesn't answer any of his emails that are sent to his eBay email address. It's just a facade
