How Avoid Defects On Ebay?

I'm curious to see if anyone knows of other options that help in avoiding defects with ebays new system. One of them and i credit reddit is to opt out of hassle free returns. That way ebay can't put 2 and 2 together with the return and thus can't issue a defect for the return if the item was not as described.... Anyone else have anything they want to share? Thanks

Good question. Absolutely can get to your nerve. That and the CSR people are absolute liars. I received an item back damaged in shipping the buyer never mentioned this and i had a case opened. When I called it in to see f they could drop the defect they said they would look into this...not a thing. So your crap damaged in shipping..thats a defect.

Sorry but I do not think opting out of hassle free returns will safeguard any account.

ebay will have big mouthed buyers who will blab to them.
