Ebay Suspension

We got suspended form Ebay last Jan 2014 for Seller account being below standards. (Stupid should have quit selling immediately on this account) Will Ebay reinstate this account after 1 year?

I would establish contact via e-mail or phone and try for a 30 day reinstatement or 90 day
