Just got hit MC999 ban With all Legit Info! I am so discouraged! How can I get back?
 

My uncle let me use his info, such as address, phone number, ssn etc. and eBay just banned me... :tears::tears:

I made the account about 4 days ago

I called and the reason they stated for the ban which was probably a lie Is because I listed a PS3 game which Is "High Risk"

Now, I am so sad because this account was so promising seeing how all the info was legit in case of an verification or any else of Paypal & eBays stunts.

Any tips to getting back in the game?

Its best to purchase the stealth guide and read around.

And NEVER use real people's information. Leads to issues and heartbreak :violin:

What do you mean by issues and heartbreaks?
I thought It was best to use a family member or neighbors info for extra protection in case of verification?

Also, I purchased the stealth book.... It helped but look, still banned within a week.

Please do not feel discouraged. I will tell you now that you started off way too aggressive.
A PS3 game IS HIGH RISK!

There are three parties involved in the product that could draw attention to any infringement.

- The game developer
- The trademarks used in the game (If any.. usually in sport games)
- And, Sony itself

That is too much from the get.

Sorry you made a miscalulation with your entire method.

Never supply an SSN from the start.

Be careful of using others' info.

Never risk high risk items, brand names, like PS3.

Always check first what you do.

Use your subscription key to become active.

If you do the ground work the methods are there.

No need to give it until they ask and they won't ask if you spread your sales enough across accounts.

Spread sales......Plenty of people doing 6 figures on ebay that have never been and will probably never get asked their for SSN......

That is with use of multiple accounts, using a slow and steady method of listing and creating your accounts correctly from the start.

If you get asked for a SSN from the start.. you did something wrong. Use that as a warning form PayPal that you have a few red flags against you.

This is an American thing right, this SSN, we don't get asked for anything like this, no matter what we do after just listing a used computer game sporting or not !!

We can still get MC999'd in the UK and we can be asked for documents after listing an item like that.

Nothing like the US SSN though. NI number would be the closet things we have to it.
