Using Old Paypal Account When Reinstated?

Hi everyone,

I'd really appreciate your help with a PayPal query I have.

I'm currently in the process of following the 'Ebay Stealth' guide to getting back on Ebay. Everything's going fine, and I have a new IP address/bank account/PayPal account etc. However my old PayPal business account (which was linked to my suspended Ebay account) is still linked to my website. Does this matter, (i'm not sure if i'm just being overtly paranoid now!) or can I not use it outside of Ebay at all now?
