New User When Other is Under Selling Limitation
 

Okay here's a simple one.

My current user is under selling limitation. It has gone past the 30 day trial period. But....What if I stop using this and create a new user who will do much better than this?

Will my old user be suspended because I did not sell or will it just remain with that selling limitation? ...I know that my new user would get suspended too if my old one got suspended. It's like domino-bricks.

I want to make a new user to sell different stuff which has a high volume and no chance of really messing it up. The question is really based about my old user.

Say:
JoeSonDo111 has 200 Feedbacks & Powerseller status. He has 98.4% user rating with a DSR respectively at: 4.7, 4.7, 4.3, 4.5 -- He is under selling limitation.

Now...If I stopped using this account and created:
JoeSonDo112 with 0 feedbacks & all other info from JoeSonDo111 (a duplicate)

What would happen to JoeSonDo111 if I started using JoeSonDo112 and never touched JoeSonDo111 again?
Option 1: Nothing. Selling limitation would still be on JoeSonDo111 (forever!)
Option 2: Suspension because of no improvement on JoeSonDo111
Option 3: Suspension because eBay are pissed off I made JoeSonDo112 to sell again without limitations

Anyone??
