 Stealth from overseas
I am based in Jamaica and I will be getting the Stealth Book. However, from what I read it seems as if it might not work. reason been I won't be able to withdraw my money. Jamaica is not one of the list of countries that paypal transfer funds to the account. In the past we had to either use payoneer (which is ban) or request a cheque and wait 3 months for it to be cleared.
However, I do have a Wells fargo that I got through doing business with a US
company and I've been using that. but this account is already linked to my paypal
account. I tried to open a walmart prepaid account online and was declined
How can I make it work in regards to linking my account to receive payment?
