I was just checking out the sign up form for simon.com and it looks like its just for US people. Does anybody know a work around for people outside the US?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
I suppose it wouldn't be too hard to get one BUT the problem would be that the first 6 numbers of the card can be used to identify which country it is from. eBay would be quite suspicious if a US card was being used in Europe...

Oh I see, I didn't know that. I know there are virtual cards in Europe. It's talked about in the forum some place, I can't find it now, but do a search for it.
Yeah I decided to do a bit of googling and came up with this site: https://www.3vcash.com/how.html for UK / Germany / Ireland. It's a bit different from simon.com because you have to wait for a physical card and you have to go to a shop to top it up but it seems to have some benefits as well (free registration, free top ups up to £20). The voucher you get seems to give a new VISA number each time so when eBay "suspends" just buy a new voucher.
- What do you guys think? I'm willing to try it out if you guys can't spot something obviously wrong with it.
