ebay account linked to another? PLEASE HELP

i have an ebay account iv been using for about 9 months but it was started in 2008. i recently got a message from ebay saying they linked it to another account that is suspended, they dropped all my selling limits so i cant list anything but have not taken down my current listings yet. the account they say its linked to is a old one of mine but the account im using now has diff names,address everything. im thinking maybe they linked it by product. anyhow, is there anything i can do to try and prove to them that these accounts are not associated? this is pretty much my income right now and i cant afford to have this happen, GREATLY appreciate any help.

If the account is linked then it is pretty much done for.

Was it sharing a PayPal? A phone number? Same computer without clearning cookies? Same IP?

eBay are not know for linking via products.

no everything was different. complete diff names,emails,even computers

i also changed my ip on my router before i started using this account
