About 6 months ago my sister in.law asked me to.set up an ebay account.for her and then.she fell.out with her brother, my partner. She.asked me to.close the ebay account down but i was.selling off it and because i.didnt.know.back then about stealth accounts, i.transferred it all to.my name. As expected, account got.flagged and shut down coz of my address.
Now that they are on speaking terms again, she has asked me to set up ebay again for her, in her name but ive told her that its likely to get flagged due to it being now l8nked to a.banned address. Am i right on that?

...I guess you both personal infos are now in paypal database and banned forever.

Yes...i thought so. I wasnt sure. Its just that when it was in her name and address everything was great. It was only the adding of my address that triggered the suspension so wasnt entirely sure if she could have another one and it not be linked. But yes, im sure youre right.

Start fresh with the guide and the forum, and do it alone. Keep others out of it and make more accounts :)

Just one more example of why NEVER to use friends or family info on ebay...
