Scrap it or Save it? I need Advice

I have just been suspended for the second time on my three year old account.

It seems every time i list a branded item i get a Vero or a trademark violation

They are asking me for passport and bank statement in 7 days to connsider letting me back on

Should i attempt to save this account or scrapp it and get a new one?

I had 500 feedback at 100% positive and im really angry as i had almost a million euro worth of stock listed and they just scrapped it in an instant

I bent over backwards to keep customers happy and maintain that 100% positive and they suspend my account and close my shop??

whats the best thing to do in this case?

my advice to you is to reinstate the ebay account and scrap it after the reinstatement.
Your reinstate account will be very fragile and be suspended anytime. Once it is suspended again, it will be indefinitely.
Then your paypal will be affected due to the linked suspended ebay, and you will need to figure out how to open a new paypal. You do not want to have any suspended ebay account that is linked to your paypal.
So, save it, then abandon it, and open a new one.

Thanks mirackedeals,
What i really wanted to know is should i fax them my current drivinng licence and credit card statement to save this doomed account or will this only make it tougher for me to get back on with future accounts?

Just remember, if you give them the info they want, and they do not reinstate you, you can never use that info again if you need to. With all the new crap coming up on ebay, I would not be surprised if down the road all ebayers are going to need to be registered by some valid ID in order to sell on the site.

I cannot guarantee that your account can be reinstated. But I have done this few times and my accounts can be reinstated.
If I remember correctly, you need to provide.
1. ID (driving license, etc) - name that match your ebay account.
2. utitlity bill or credit card statement that shows the address that match your ebay registered address. I do not recommend to send credit card statement. Utility bill is good enough, and make sure you use the actual utitlity bill, and the online one.
3. You need to sign a page that ebay ask you to sign - I forgot what it called.
4. make sure you put your user id on each page that you fax over.
It takes about 5 to 10 days for ebay to reinstate your account.
