ebay/paypal help.

I am living in Asia and just got the chop from ebay. I am wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to open ebay/palpal accounts using giftcards/virtual cards from(CAN,US,UK) here. (Foreigners can't get credit cards here). If not is it possible to run accounts in Canada From Asia.

Hi, I don't really know, but I applied few accounts for my friend who is living China now with all ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info, it looks okay so far. But she don't sell nothing, only buying, and paypal opened their business in China, so looks she is happy with the account.
