Possibility of reinstatement?
 

So my account was recently suspended by Ebay for been below standard for over a month. I had few cases open against me.

I now owe Ebay $95 in fees which I plan to pay tomorrow and they sent me this email. Is there really a possibility that they will consider reinstating my account?

For your account to be considered for reinstatement, you need to pay the balance immediately. Please follow these steps:

1. Click "My eBay" at the top of most eBay pages. You may be asked to sign in.
2. Place your pointer over the "Account" tab and click the "Seller Account" link.
3. Select a method to pay your eBay fees.

Only way to find out is to pay the fees.
