Its a perminent suspension.

Tends to be becuase you have had lots of negs or been selling questionable items.

Selling VeRo items would do it...did you keep selling after violations? or just one mc113 - done

These suspension notices are handed out usually for selling counterfeits / VeRo.

Some folk believe if they have good feedback / no claims then the account will stay up. This is just not true. If you sell anything remotely questionable then the account is at risk irrespective of feedback, DSRs etc.

I got my first account banned yesterday it was a mc113 suspension. I made a UK ebay account on Thursday, confirmed my verified paypal on Sunday and added 2 items immediately. In the afternoon I receive the notice that my account has been suspended.

I sign up as a seller from Jamaica not based in the UK. I thought that was ok as Chinese sellers do this all the time, right?
Jamaican sellers tend to only sell on the US Ebay site so maybe they found that a bit suspicious.

So I sign for a UK ebay account with Fresh IP (from Jamaica)
Then I open a paypal account with entropay vcc verified
I listed a cheap necklace set for $.99 and a non branded shoes for $15.
Actually this was a Soda shoes but I never had a problem with this brand in the past.
In my listing it says that both will be shipped from Jamaica.

I don't know what I did wrong. Maybe I start selling too quickly?

I have few US accounts and thought a few UK will be good as shipping to the UK from here is inexpensive and take less time than the Chinese.
