Help! Indefinite MC999 Selling Restriction/PP Limitation
 

Just to give you guys some background information, I had been a PowerSeller using legitimate info with 300+ feedback for over a year selling VeRO branded products (duplicates- same model, color, etc.) and making very good profit with it. I am a full-time college student with hardly any time to spare with a part-time job for extra cash, so this is my only resort at making some extra money to keep food on the table for myself. Anyways... I stumbled upon this awesome community after getting my first MC999 indefinite restriction on 11/09 following an indefinite PayPal limitation on 11/08.

I have purchased the Stealth Guide and have been rereading it several times, along with several threads around the community in attempt to clarify my concerns and questions as I am quite new to this to say the least :laugh: ... but I do have a few questions however.

- I plan on opening a new online checking acct and using a vanilla gift card to set up my first stealth account, how long should I wait to sell high-risk items using a stealth account? Is this too risky?

- What do I do regarding confirming identity or SSN if PayPal or eBay wishes to know this information? Should I just cut my losses and move on using other stealth accounts? How many should I plan on making if I want to sell high-risk items?

Any help you guys wish to provide would be greatly appreciated! :help:

Welcome to the forums - stealth exists for making new unlinked accounts.

This forum is NOT to help you sell high risk items...sorry.

Other threads might have discussed this so search and read them. If you want advice, perhaps begin by providing some insight and building reputation on the forum - all the best.

You're going to have a bad time selling vero on a new account. There is no real set date on when you can sell vero on a new stealth because, well, you're not supposed to sell them period. You could get lucky and sell one your first month and then go on to sell many, or you could wait 4 months, list one, and get it taken down. The only guarantee is that if your main product(s) are vero, then you're going to lose the account you worked hard to build up.

While you're researching now, try to find other profitable products that are less risky. Plenty of people make a living off of selling on ebay without selling vero products. It may not seem as appealing since your profit margins probably won't be as high, but it's better in the long run.

You shouldn't be required to add a SSN unless you're showing risky behavior. If Paypal asks for tax ID information, then adding an EIN is an alternative solution.
