how to close or put on hold ebay account if i got below standard?
 

I open account on my sister 2.5years ago, and everything was fine, she called ebay and we get 400 items, but this year ebay change system: before i had about 1%-1.5% of detaling rating, and now 5.89%, after week ebay cut me on 300 items. i have 3 more accounts like everybody, but ebay called my sister and now she is getting crazy. how can i closed it or put account on hold util it will get normal? thank you

Shipping, Communication, Description?

It is a easy fix. You need to find items that you can send free postage (or include it in your price) ship FAST and write better listings and they should go up.

If you dont improve it, you wont need to close your account, ebay will do it for you.

To answer your question, you can not close an account that is below standard.

You will need to improve your rating the hard way. Sell more.

If you stop selling, then eventually, all the good feedback starts to drop off and your DSR percentage keeps getting worse.

Ebay will shut down the account if you stop selling, keep on selling and show you are trustworthy.
