7 Day Suspension - Anyone know the answers?
 

Hello. Great thread. Very informative.

We just recently recieved a 7-day suspension notice. We were told to send in a utility bill / govt photo ID to get reinstated. We sent them everything they ask for and followed up the next day with an additional letter promising to remove a particular category of goods from our ebay listings entirely. We did not have to send this additional letter in but after speaking with someone @ Power Seller Suspensions we felt a pro-active approach could not hurt.

We have so far waited the seven day period followed by another 7 days where they are processing our docs. We understand that ebay says it takes 7-10 days to "process" these docs before they reinstate an account but does anyone have an idea of how long it actually takes?


Also does anyone know if there is a chance they will not reinstate.
