Dont worry if you get an mc999 on new account
 

I myself was very worried as I had just listed 2 VERO products and thought that's it I have lost the account (stealth account I purchased here) but I had no choice ring up or lose the account. I was greeted on the phone by what seemed like an Indian speaking woman who just wanted to ask a couple of questions about why I was selling and about postage ect, she then put me on hold to ask someone else about the items I was selling and then she came back and said all is well you can now relist your account is up and running. :clap:

Hope this helps all of you who are to worried about calling in.

ebay can still put the listings retrospectively.

Be aware of that.

Your account may still have issues. The account is now marked because of that Vero listing.

Let it cool off for sure before going mad and listing, dont forget its still fairly new.

I lost a steath that was few mths old, had few vero on it, had sold some, no complaints etc, seller dashboard is showing 0 defects as of the 20th November evaluation

My problem is I really don't wanna phone in, cause there familiar with my voice, when I lost my real acc ages ago, I phoned so many times, spoke to the Indians from T&S loads of times too, and speaking to those clowns really wound me up, they understand no common sense as they know nothing about the uk or how life gos here!

Anyone any suggestions?

Was your acc new/ no feedback? And had u not listed anything else, just vero from the start.

Also did you get indefinite selling restriction, or was it a 'til you call in restriction'?

You dont need to phone in, you can connect via live chat within your account.
Same questions, same idiots, I think they in the philliphenes rather than India.

Sounds like the MC999 restriction that all new seller accounts get and require you to call in to remove.
Means nothing for future operations though so be aware of that. try to list a VERO item anytime soon and this time the account will be suspended. You need to build up an account to the point you can list those items - and even then there are never any guarantees.
