Who exactly suspends your account?
Okay, so after reading eBay Stealth, I've understood that a great many different factors determine how suspicious and risky your Account looks to ebay. What I still do not know for sure, however, is whether this final decision to ban/limit/suspend your account is made by a fully automated process or by a person that works for Ebay.
Before I've found this place, I've created a lot of new Ebay Accounts and started manipulating feedback and start selling right away. I've never really had problems with accounts getting linked, but problems with my new ebay account just seeming high risk to ebay and getting a "Mc010" which asks me to provide ID and proof of property, which is a problem of course.
Now I've had situations like, multiple Accounts at different times, doing extremely similar things, some banned, some not. This indicated that there is a real person with personal opinions making a decision.
I've also sometimes had accounts restricted at the middle of the night within one minute after listing an item, which makes it seems considerably unlikely that a person took the time to review all my information.
TL;DR: So, do you guys know this? Is a person or an automatic process responsible with reviewing the risk of an account and making the final choice what to do with your account?
