ebay fees due after 2 weeks?
 
so is ebay now billing every two weeks instead of monthly or is it only my account? Maybe something new for NEW sellers?

As far as I know eBay sends bills out at the first of the month and they are due by the 15th.

Please add your location to your account here.
eBay/Paypal rules vari by country.
Go to your "User CP" and list your location.
This helps since eBay/Paypal Rules are different by country.
