do policy violation "flags" go away ?
 

I know I'm flagged on ebay because of some policy breaches, as shown in my seller dashboard.
Say I had one violation 1st Jan 08 and one violation 1st Aug 08. Now my rating on ebay is "poor", but I can still sell. But I'll possible get suspended for next violation.

So do these 2 violation flags go away after a while?
Is it maybe that in January 09 I will only have the 2nd violation counted against me and the first one is outdated?
Does my ebay rating improve e.g. 1 year after a violation if I have no further violations?

From experience, the longer it is from the next violation the better. But they never actually "go away". And it also depends if the violation is the same every time or different.

Put it this way, if you get 2 in the same week and go on with the same thing youll be fine for a month or two. If you get 3 in a week and then again. You have 2 weeks.
