MC010 Unauthorized use of your account
 

Anyway, looks like somebody logged on my account but nothing really happened. I just received this email 4 days ago and my account is temporary locked. But it's not, I still can log in (I changed the email & ebay passwords) but I can't sell, answer on messages, buy or anything.

So, in email they said that I should contact them.
THIS IS THE PROBLEM!

I'm selling on ebay.com but I am from Republic of Croatia, EU and I can't call them on their phone, phone number is only for USA or Canada.

What should I do? I am pretty new, got 20-25 items sold with 13 feedbacks, started really good. Now I can't sell anymore and can't contact tehnical support.
Is there any solution? I tried with ebay.co.uk but they said only ebay.com can help me if I call them...CRAZY..

why can't you get a number that you can use for US or Canada? They already know you are in Croatia, most likely, just tell them you're on vacation or something.

Are you CERTAIN that e-mail is from ebay and not spam e-mail? Did you check return e-mail address?

Well, it must be from ebay if he's locked out from selling?

I reached them...called to UK and everything is settled.

You would be surprised what can be sent these days from scammers

Well, sure...but the scammers can't lock you out from selling, unless they take your password, and then you would know, when you couldn't sign in........I think?
