Ebay account suspended - They say linked to another account
 

I have no idea who this account belongs to, it is certainly not mine nor anyones I know. I am completely innocent in this matter.

I have had no luck as of yet getting a reply from the Trust and Safety team.

I am living in Thailand. Does anyone have any suggestions? I need to get back on ebay and continue selling.

Hi nothing you can do, ppl use peoples address all the time, it might of been someone living there before you


Tailand accounts really always get shut down, and ppl dont want to buy from tailand

Still no reply.

I failed to mention, the same problem happened 3 months ago with the same user and 3 days later they did reinstate me.

I got linked once, and became a fugitive forever. When Ebay sent me an email telling me who I was linked me, they found me linked to 50 accounts. Apparently what I found out is that all people who were interlinked with me were my cousins and third cousing living in different states. All of them got banned the same day I did, and it was all because my third cousin in different state got suspended, and it caused a ripple effect when he reregistered his account and got suspended again with all of us in the process. Ebay is an evil empire, and we fugitives will one day have to bring it down.

Faxed documents, a day later (today) i got the indefinate suspension email.

The documents made no difference, that email was ready to be sent as soon as I got suspended.

Can I take from all this that once you've had an account suspended, that it's very very unlikely that you can ever get it back?

Right now they have linked that account to people who lived in the same apartment complex and have taken down all their accounts. This is mainly my fault and it's more than doubling the stress I have (my current ones were also linked even tho I've moved)

I mean, that account is 'no less than 12 months' which will elapse in maybe around 2-3 months but I'm doubting a lot the chance that it will be able to be used again. If they're going to keep that one suspended, the people who lived in the same building have no chance?

some people have gotten their accounts back, but most of us never do ....

I had one banned and never saw it again
