i got 4 times MC999 (suspended) brand account
 

welcome friends, I'm new here, and I come from Polish, I bought a guidebook and read it, but I have a few questions, my account has been suspended for at least one year, I have the account for 2 years and I had 25 comments (all positive) any problems with buyers . 4 times I got a warning (MC999) and my listings have been removed. I have a company ebay account ...

1 (7 day)
2 (30 day)
3 (90 days)
4 (at least 1 year)

I run a business and selling branded clothes (new and used) for all the products I have invoices
I care about this account because of it dealing with the tax office,

I am Polish, but I sold on ebay.com and contact with Polish eBay is only through the mail, my English is not good, why do not I get on ebay.com calling. I wanted to send an invoice to explain, no results .. I can not set up a new account is there any chance to recover it?

Branded items will nearly always get an account shut down even if you have all the invoices for them. That is just the way it is on eBay

Welcome to the forums - you have too many strikes on this account to ensure a longterm good future - learn stealth and build new ones AND DO NOT repeat mistakes i.e. risky sales

Today I got this answer from ebay:

"I have been forwarding this case to our policy expert team as in such case, our policy team is periodically reviewing such suspended account and if the need be they may reinstate such accounts"

I wonder what time check account suspended ...?

Passing the buck.... You will be lucky if you hear anything... Move on and figure out better strategy. Sell the used only until at least 90 days and 100 feedback.

no way around it buddy if you wanna sell this branded clothing then you are going to get mc999 no matter how strong the account.

It does help to have an extensive positive selling history, but you will still get hit with mc999 eventually.

Do you do auction or Buy it Now? I find auction to be a bit safer.

You just need to create many accounts to spread your risk. Good luck.

I got a message that my account has been suspended for one year; P
5 time I got MC999 will surely be forever banned.
Always "buy now"
I have a litte question, I live in Poland, and I going to buy an account from UK or USA, items will be sent from Poland, and my location is important ? or if it does not matter?
very hard to buy Polish account....

or I add my another polish credit card to PayPal with different adress??

it is safe?
