But it isnt. They are 100% authentic dvds and have emailed them and told them. All i get emailed back is we will look at reinstating your account after 7 days if you provide us with proof of where you live.

Anything i can do with this?

ps, what if i dont have the correct forms of proof they want?

i am in the same boat as you. i was doing $150-$200 a day on ebay and was livng good with no worries. then i get suspended for copyright violation for selling dvds. the dvds where all bought from either target, best buy or on various online sites. no way getting through to them idiots

I feel you. I was doing quite well, not near $200 a day but enough to live good on. Its like there bored and just go and do it for fun.

I must have emailed them back like 4 times in the past day saying ''THERE NOT COPYRIGHT, THERE AUTHENTIC'' I just get the same email back every time. Either they just copy and paste or its a bot emailing back.

me too. they suspended me because i was selling a set of friends dvds. ebay has no evidence that they are copied because this was the first time i was listing them.
after getting the suspension email, i emailed them some complaints, calling them a few names that you would only hear on a rated R movie.

You have been reported by your competition.
There is NO way around this.

So i can just report someone for nothing and ebay will suspend them?

Hey, I got suspended for 7 days for selling AUTHENTIC UGG BOOTS. I HAVE BEEN SELLING THEM FOR MONTHS NOW AND EVEN HAVE RECENTLY BECOME A POWERSELLER FOR ALL MY SUCCESS AND POSITIVE FEEDBACK AND HAD GOTTEN LISTINGS REMOVED A COUPLE TIMES HERE AND THERE, BUT I USED MY OWN PICTURES! THEN I USED SOME STOCK PHOTOS AFTER SINCE MY OWN PICTURES WERE BEING FLAGGED! WENT WELL FOR 2 WEEKS WHERE I MADE ABOUT $2,000 DOLLARS THEN THEY SUSPENDED ME AFTER REMOVING JUST 2 LISTINGS! I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS ONE BIT....THERE IS NO LOGIC TO IT AT ALL. ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEA HOW I CAN CONTINUE SELLING WITHOUT BEING FLAGGED AND/OR SUSPENDED AGAIN???? PLEASE HELP ME OUT THIS IS MY MAIN SOURCE OF INCOME!!

I was doing so well on Ebay selling clothing and designer handbags. I was making good money and did this full time and is my only source of income right now. I put up a bag and they sent me a message and told me I violated their policy. So I opened up another ebay account and posted up that item there. They took down my listing even when I had lots of bids. I was so upset! I couldn't sell my item and so many people wanted to buy it. Then this weekend they suspended my old account as well! I am furious because I had so many items on there and that account had tons of positive feedback!
I didn't even get a warning and they just shut it down.
Do you know if I am suspended from my old account for good? Can you get your account back after a few days?
Please help me if you know. Thanks
