buy stuff from multiple ebay accounts and pay with the same paypal = suspension?
 

Hi guys, I need some suggestions on this issue and I appreciate any input in advance.

I am planning to buy some stuff off ebay in multiple ebay accounts and I want to pay for them with the same paypal account. This will certainly link all of them together, but will this result in suspension from ebay? All info in ebay accounts are made up, so the names and addresses won't match with the one on my paypal account. I am wondering if ebay will be bothering me due to mismatch of account info. I am sure to pay with good funds and there will be no money coming into my paypal account since I am not planning to sell.

im not sure if they'll suspend you but it'll definitely raise a red flag ...

knowing eBay these days they probably have a easy button that says suspend right at their disposal lol ...

They "probably" wont get suspended, but still not a good idea. If one account ever did get suspended, since all of them are linked thru paypal, all of them will get suspended.

I agree with the point that one account goes down = all go down.
The thing is they have this new feature (or so I think it's new) on account page under My EBay that shows the paypal account it links to.
I think this shows up under the condition that you don't manually link it, but you've used this paypal account to pay stuff for the auctions won by the ebay account. They even offer the option to unlink... which I don't believe so.

Anyone has experience about this?

I have one ebay/paypal account combo I use just for purchases. All the others I use are for selling. Make sure you have plenty of ebay and paypal backups, as sooner or later you will need them.

If that paypal account was associated with a suspended ebay account in the past, then yes, they will suspend any account you try to use it with.
