Ebay Selling Limits...Need Advice Please.
 

Hi everyone.
Like many sellers these days on ebay...i too have had selling limits placed on my ebay account. I am only able to sell about 4-5 high end items...even though i have been a full-time seller of high end brands for the last 8 years. Granted i have had one item taken-down because ebay claimed "infringement" ..so i do have that one strike against me...but have 100% postive feedback. That one strike should fall off by the end of this month and so my question is when that does happen, will ebay raise or remove my selling limit ? Also, i have a second ebay account with less than 10 feedbacks....i have only used it for making purchases so far but could i actually use the second account to sell a few name brand items....in other words is the selling limit placed on the person or on the particular ebay account ?

Any advice cheerfully accepted.

i'd say both .. if you were to make a new account with legit details, they link it and suspend both accounts.
Many people have gotten their accounts suspended due to VERO so i'd be careful when you relist those items

thanks for the quick response...do you think once my "one strike" falls off my record that, that would be reason for ebay to lift my selling limits...as mentioned earlier i have 100% postive feedback record.

You can make ur vero
 

You can make your vero too ... just fill in NOCI form and fax to ebay by writing a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ company name and details and give a hotmail or yahoo account for correspondence and ebay will salute you, they will never verify that the address you written is right or wrong or the company nae exists even you can give a mobile number that they will never call to verify too, you have not need to send ur id with that vero NOCI form ... and then screw all similar accounts and then one of them will say please forgive me (will be taht who screwed you through a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ vero) and then u do your business and i do mine ...
