| wendychen2000us | 01-23-2015 02:33 PM | Ebay MC011 limitation help I got any Ebay MC011 due to Paypal ask for invoice. Sent invoice to Paypal. Paypal remove the limitation. But Ebay still limit my account. Then contacted Ebay and Ebay asked for invoice. Sent same invoice to Ebay. After 2 days, got an email said the account is good. Then after couple hour, said my account is restricted indefinitely. I did not even list anything yet.
Do you know why this could be happen? They just conflict their decision in couple hours. When I asked them why this could happen restricted after MC011 just removed, they said they just made right decision.
Is there anything I can do for this situation?
Thank you. |
slokor | 01-23-2015 03:05 PM | Re: Ebay MC011 limitation help Mysterious are eBay's ways - or rather their bots.
I highly doubt youll be able to save the account once its reached this stage.
You can try to talk to a supervisor but again - don't hold your breath. |
applebaum | 01-23-2015 03:54 PM | Re: Ebay MC011 limitation help I've had this happen. Sent in invoices - waiting WEEKS and then called in, waited, called back, 'yep your good to go'... listed an item and down I went!
It's eBay - just the way it is. Go stealth - and have a few backup stealths for when it happens again! |
wendychen2000us | 01-23-2015 08:04 PM | Re: Ebay MC011 limitation help Yeah, this is stealth account. The problem is MC011 from Paypal, even Paypal remove the limit, but Ebay won't. |
wendychen2000us | 01-23-2015 08:06 PM | Re: Ebay MC011 limitation help So in this case, can I use this Paypal account to link to a new ebay stealth account. I know this could cause link, but just wonder since there is no real problem with Ebay. It is just from Paypal. Then since Paypal remove the limitation, then new ebay account should be no such MC011, right? Also since the Paypal is good now, I just don't want to go through this again, from Paypal then Ebay. Please advise if I can use this good Paypal to connect new Ebay? Thanks. |

Did you talk to supervisor?

REFLECT | 01-23-2015 08:48 PM | Re: Ebay MC011 limitation help If that paypal was used for any account is a no no. Never use the same paypal account since that account was linked to the ebay account that was restricted. |

Ebay account is gone. They just said they are not comfortable with invoice. How weird? Quote:
