Ebay Acc Limited. Open another? Will it block?
 

Recently my ebay account was limited.
I shipped items worldwide.
Now they don't allow me to sell items to USA. .com
Now i'm selling items to UK. .co.uk
Sales down rapidly.

I guess there is no way to remove this restriction.
CS told me it is permanent.

1) If i open another ebay ID with different name from my computer will they limit that account too? From my mother's or father's name.

2) Can i receive funds to my existing paypal account or should i open new one?

3) My current selling limit is 3120. I think new account will give me 10 items per month. How many months it will take new account to reach 3120 items.

I bought the guide yesterday and I have gone over and over it a good number of times please my advice is to read it ,it opened up a world of knowledge for me.
Things I wouldn't have had a clue about but now easily explained best ££££ money I spent in a long time......
