Is it possible to reverse an "upgade to business account"
 

I've got a few old accounts which have ran into the "upgrade to businness account" wall. Is it possible to reverse them to personal accounts again? These accounts have not been used for 4 months or more.

If i call them saying i am trying to list some unwanted christmas presents am i wasting my time or is there a chance they will allow the forced upgrade to be cancelled?

Is there a set time period i.e over 6 months when i'm more likely to get what i want?

Any experience or thoughts appriciated

Make, or buy off here, new accounts and start building up again with those, if you cannot move on with the accounts you have on anything other than a business basis, create new ones as personal accounts.

Double whammy here. If you call in, have you the info at hand to back up the call?

Usually there is a request to upgrade when activity suggests a lot of business is being done....

I'll call in over the next week or so and report back. Worth a try. What info do you mean? The accounts all reached their limits from £3500 - £7000 a month for several months in their lifetime before the upgrade request. What kind of information do i need to provide to prove i'm now just selling christmas presents and other unwanted items?

it is, go to your profile and change it, should say edit.

accounts flagged there for business need to be treated carefully.
