Ebay Still Linked Me Through Pictures Even When It Was Clean!
 

I have been with stealth with some good monets.

Was going good until some of my accounts got suspended.

I was not link in anyway. New user accounts with mobile dongle are used for each account.

I called eBay for one account to reinstate it. Nothing to lose, just never know how you might get lucky.

Anyway some from the Dublin call centre told me I am link to the previous accounts.
I was shocked and deny it. But eBay insist they have solid proof.
The accounts are gone.
Just when I build them up to 100 items each account:tears:


The only thing I can think of is the pictures I used.
I used the same camera but I cleaned them up with the batch purifier.
The free version.
Does the free version clean your pictures or do I have to purchase it?

So my question is.
Do I need to buy a new camera for each account?
That won't be very ideal since I want over 100 accounts. And I can't buy 100 cameras.

Any more tips how to clear pics and stop getting link.

What about upload your pictures onto a website such as photobucket and save them? would this hide your trail? what I do is take new pictures for every listing and this hasn't cause any problem YET.

Have you got more than one account that you are adding pics to penslmmer? If so and you have not had any linking problems that sounds like could be a good tip, just to take fresh pics for each account, but am sure I have read previously that batch purifier is recommended for cleaning any data before adding pics, not heard of linking issues with it before.

Perhaps they have linked via another method. Have all your ip's been logged and kept track of for all accounts?

Its usually best to go through your procedure step by step with all accounts and see if someone can detect where they could have linked you.

Are all your pics exactly the same?

Pics to be are the least likely case unless you are using exact pics, titles, descriptions of the same item over multiple accounts.

Are your items risky in ebay's eyes?

How are you certain that it's just the pictures that linked you? Provide more detailed info on your account setup - similar listings to old accounts?

I wash my photos with imageoptim for 18 months now and never had a problem...

Every auction of mine has a new photo and I'm VERY diligent about cleaning them....

Ebay links on a lot of stuff.
IP address
Phone numbers
Address
Pics Exif data
Pic size and name.
Wording of Ad (Vero)

When you start over use stock images if you can and change up your listing title and description. I usually find a powerseller with the same item and alter the description slightly. This way the killbots will ignore you.

Someone could of reported you because they seen similarity in all your pictures and descriptions. This happened to me around 4months ago as I always use the same pictures and similar descriptions to save time. But I still do it and it hasn't happened to me since then.
