When buying an account...

When buying an account that has everything verified I just had some questions because I am getting ready to buy one.

1. If the address is verified, would I need to change it to one I can then access for returns, etc.
2. I never used a VBA, how hard is it to connect these to your real account for transfers?
3. Should I change the credit card information, that has already been verified with these new accounts?
4. Would I have to subscribe to multiple VPN's also(one for every new account)

All these expenses seem to add up fairly quickly, I'm sorry if I'm being redundant. I just want to see if I will be able to manage multiple eBay accounts.

Thanks to anyone who is willing to give a helping hand.

These are questions you should ask the US sellers in PM ?

I agree with Bunneh - you need to contact the seller you plan to buy from and ask him these questions directly. Different sellers will have different answers to some of your questions (I know that for a fact).

Questions like these are resolved in discussions with the seller.

One point: there are options other than VPN for users truly based in the USA.

Good Luck

Yes you can't use the same address for multiple ebay accounts and yes you need a different ip/vpn for each account.

If you have multiple accounts, your info must be different to not link you.
