Best reason to get suspened from ebay for re-instatement

So if your going to get suspended from ebay, or limited, what is the best reason to get suspended for the best chance of getting reinstated.

In a nutshell, what does ebay see as the worst offenders, and what is the least type of offense, Intentional or not.

Only eBay really knows...I have seen suspensions reported for no reason at all...supposedly :FF:

The worst in my opinion are VERO infractions and selling Phakes in general...but that's just my educated guess.

I agree with the Phakes and Low seller standards, (ie very bad feedback and bad defect rate)

What would be the least sever type of suspension?

Late in paying ebay fees?

Security issue?

Abuse to customers and manipulating cases/tracking on accounts not selling garbage. Not responding to cases during a soft suspension will lead to an indefinite suspension.

I would say fees would be the least terminal.....many times in the past I have screwed up and let one go and got blocked......... then paid and was back on in 1 hour.
