How long before being in below standard am i at risk of losing an account?

So basically this is my own fault but i have an account that will be in below standard for at least 2 months due to buyers escalating their cases to ebay without seller resolution. my account currently is in good standing but the first month of below standard will be the next evaluation. My question is will ebay suspend me completely for being in below standard for 2 months consecutively?

Also if that is the case I do have another stealth account ready to go so how should I gradually move onto it since I sell around 700 or so transactions a month?

Depends.
I had an account below standard in the UK for 3 months when the defect rate first came in. My percentage was 11.5%, I got the percentage down to 4.9%just on the three month mark but I was still below standard on the Global standard.

The account is still running and had an increase in limits whilst it was below standard on global performance. Its now above standard but took over 4 months of work to get it back.

ur good if u keep trying to lower that defect rate, otherwise ur limits will lower and u might get banned.

I have an account that's been below standards for 6 months now. The only thing that has happened is the limits have been reduced from 90/9000 to 10/600, but I can still use it!

However, this account was valid before they put forth their stricter selling guidelines, so that may be the reason they've allowed it to live on.

I have had 1 of my accounts being 2-3 months in below standard and they didnt ban it because of that. Eventually account got banned but for something else.

I have one account that is below standard now for the 3rd month in a row, it's hard to change the rating though because they keep lowering the selling limits therefore I can't get enough sales in to change the metrics, but what can I do right. Well I think they are only letting me stay this long because it is an aged account and it's over 3 years old. I am hoping to get up to standard and get my selling limits raised but it's literally going to be about 6 months I hope I can last!
