eBay account suspension and restriction after 9 years of working

I want to share my problem with You. I have got 2 emails from eBay:

Hello,

After reviewing your eBay account, we've taken the following actions:
- Your eBay account is suspended for at least 1 year. We take several things into consideration before we suspend an account, including account history and any previous actions.
- Listings have been removed. A list of items that were removed can be viewed at the bottom of this message.
- We have credited all associated fees except for the final value fee for your listing(s).

The listing that was removed appeared to violate eBay policy or a rights owner's copyright.

Please remember that you are responsible for the quality and authenticity of the products that you offer on eBay. It is against eBay policy to list any counterfeit items.

You can't use eBay in any way during your suspension. If you do, you could be suspended indefinitely. You also can't register a new account or use another existing account.

During your suspension, you can't:
- Bid on or buy items
- Sell items
- Leave or receive feedback
- File for an unpaid item credit

Second email:

It looks like your account is associated with another account, which is currently restricted on eBay. As a result, we’ve restricted the account until you can resolve our concerns.

Be sure to sign in. That will make it easier for us to help you out.

What should I do? Should I sign in to my account, like they ask me to do? or what?

For some reason I thought Estonia was not allowed on eBay as a seller because of all the bad publicity we got back in late 90s, early 00s with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ credit cards and stolen stuff? Did you you some other country IP or has it changed recently?

Also, welcome to the forum and wave a good bye-bye to your accounts because they are done. No chance you will get them back.

It was linked to my new account, which I opened 2-3 months ago.

All EC countries are able to sell on ebay, I was selling Sega Genesis games. Is it high risk items? I think no) but I got limited:(

Could You also answer me this question. I have made a stealth accounts on eBay and PayPal. I would like to buy an item, but I don't wanna use the address I provided for these accounts. Can I write my address while eBay checkout just before paying the buyer?
