Individual VS Business account in terms of MC113

Hi guys,

I wonder if there's a difference in ebay's approach to bans between private and business accounts? Of course it is weird for a private person to sell lots of new items of a high risk, but a business can actually sell anything unless it is illegal. Or it doesn't matter for ebay?

I'd say it really doesn't make a difference, if you were gonna get banned you'd get banned whether you had a personal or a business account
