Hi,
I opened a 2nd ebay account to run alongside my existing one yesterday and linked it through PP using exactly the same address details as my first, this was subsequently suspended after I listed my first item as linked to a past account I had at an old address, therefore the only thing I can think is that somehow they linked this through the actual item listing as it was one I had used on the old account (nothing high risk just a phone charger)

Has anyone experienced the same issue? my current first ebay account remains untouched for now

Yes, linking for listing similarity is possible and could happen.

Everything has to be different: HTML Template, photos, description... everything.

'nothing high risk just a phone charger,' anything to do with mobile phones is high risk because they can counterfeited. Flags were probably raised on the account because you listed that item as much as anything!

you should keep everything different. But I must say I have used 20 of the same listings with no problem for 6 months
