listing removed trying to find reason please help.
 

Hi everyone just got a message from ebay that my listing was removed so I try to think what went wrong. Here are the fact:
1.I have two separate ebay selling accounts different ip cookies browser etc.
2. I sell the same product from both accounts new pictures new location
3. Here is the message i got from ebay:
After reviewing your account, we've had to take the following action:
- Some or all of your listings may have been removed. A list of any removed items will be listed further down in this email.
- We have credited any associated fees to your account.

Your listing doesn't have a detailed description of the item. Make sure to provide buyers with additional information and clear photos. Also, be sure to use complete sentences and correct spelling and grammar. Buyers looking for the type of items you're selling have very high expectations and if you aren't describing the items well, it can lead to a bad buying experience.

GOLDEN QUESTION IS:
Do you think it is really because of the description issue or maybe because the accounts got linked?

PLEASE HELP!

Impossible to say for sure but...

Generally if an account gets linked though eBay do not beat around the bush and tell you that you have been linked

i have had similar message and few items taken down hence i am here looking for answers!!!
but i did put all the ads up next day and all is well 10 days after
i have got my own account and paypal but my gf has her account linked to my paypal we both recently started to sell on eBay but sell separate products.. looking for advise?

Bad move there New2eBay1, both of your separate eBay accounts linked to the same paypal, if one of you gets limited or permanently suspended then the other account gets the same restriction/ban. You need to build or buy at least one other ebay/PayPal using stealth techniques, to use if the inevitable happens and the accounts go down, probably make that 2 new accounts so that you both have an ebay/PayPal each that have the most hope of success going forward. Read up on here every day as well for the latest stealth tips!

Are you taking photos of the item? or stock photos, in my experience, using stock photos is always a recipe for uncertainty when it comes to ebay

Just make sure you have a full Description and all the Specifics filled in and what's really important take your own photos, and clear the exif Data

This was stock photo however all The same listings has similar photos so I can't find the difference between me and them

Hmmm i am in process of working out how to stealth a account at mo but not that say on the computers but will figure it out.
So what action do you recon i should take unlink mine and her accounts?

As feebay1 says you can do absolutely nothing to 'unlink' these accounts New2ebay1, both your eBay accounts are now clearly known to eBay as linked to that one paypal, all you can do is carry on until something happens and one of you gets limited or suspended at which point it will be over for you both, what you must do is make sure neither of you leaves much money in that paypal, because paypal has a nasty little habit of holding onto funds in suspended accounts for 180 days!

Create or buy new ebay/PayPal accounts each. Read up on here most days so you don't make the same kind of mistakes again. Gradually start to sell on your new accounts so that when/if the original one gets banned, you can simply carry on with the new accounts without so much as missing a beat. Enjoy making the extra income at that point.
