How twacked can Ebay get??
 

Ok I signed up got 500/$25,000 limits out the gate. Sold 10 things they run their list 1500 free promo so two days non stop I'm a listing. Next morning wham! Restricted. I call raise hell, deny knowledge of other account, verify identify. Unrestricted we will raise limits. Ok to what? 5. 5 as in I can count on one have 5? Yep? Seriously? From 500 to 5, done reached my limit. Ugh!! Called back same thing. Wtf??

And nobody will answer my dang question aboit change ip on repeater instead of router!! Got new bank phone etc. And sitting here with ocd about to go bat **** crazy if someone don't do something!!!

You went too fast.

Its best not to list that fast. Even when they bait you with tempting offers

You listed way too many items in a short amount of time, you clearly are not ready to stealth, selling on stealth does take some patience.

Since to when can you change an IP on a Repeater, a Repeater just repeats the signal forward. You can't change an IP on a repeater. You need to change the IP on a Router/Modem...OR find another method for obtaining an IP. Also, this forum isn't here to answer your questions on a drop of a dime.....we will get your questions when we can.

I don't have problem going slow. I mean they gave me the limits I didn't ask for them so I took advantage of it. Had no idea they setting me up. But I'm gonna just baby the account. I already sold my limits for the month, I'll post my tiny five more when they let me and wait the 90 days and see how it goes but in meantime I've gotta get stuff up, this is my livelihood. I closed my shop due to health had no clue Ebay was such a pain.

Ebay can give u limits of 100,000....but you still have to go slow.

Always check in with the Forum, when it doubt...ask, well let you know if what your about to do is a good or bad move.

Remember that Stealthing is whole other ball game than when you first started on ebay.

This is usually the best way until ebay is comfortable with you selling more items and higher priced items. The biggest mistake people make is thinking they can go stealth and try and list Gucci Hand Bag or something super expensive.

Keep it going slow, if they give you higher limits, don't go crazy listing....increase your item count by a third of what the new limits are....then slowly increase your item count.

Trust me, this is the livelyhood for a lot of people.

Quick Tip, If you need to....open more accounts.

All the promo crap is set up to draw you in and then gain info on you.

Even on my 1000/25000, I will list one insignificant item and keep it up for a few days...after that, I'll list a buy it now auction for maybe 10 items. Few days later increase auctions with multiples. Still have to go slow even with high limits.
