So, likely permanent suspension
 

My daughters Ebay account was suspended due to negative feedback (she stopped getting sale notifications o her phone), and then my 2 accounts were restricted and not allowed to sell.

Does this pretty much mean my 2 accounts are dead forever for selling due to my daughter?

As usual, prior to this, all 3 accounts had 100% positive feedback (2 still do have 100% positive feedback).

Afraid that that is very likely.

You can try to ring eBay and they may overturn it, but I would not told my breath on that one. Worth a shot though

Sadly ebay considers the accounts are linked.

What was your actual notice?

Restrictions usually mean you can only buy with them.
If you were allowed to sell and linked to another, they would have probably only rediced the limits.

The accounts are likely dead. No harm in spending a few minutes calling them up and trying to explain the situation. Many people are unfairly banned this way, welcome to stealth.
